Somewhat delayed comment, but what is time in the new world of tinterweb and hyperlinks? I was wondering why did you pick all South American beans back then? Hasbean have around 70 different coffee beans on offer. I only ask because I am partial to the coffee beans from that region. Not sure what it says about me 🙂 Anyway, great choice of a roaster, love their beans. It amazes me how they can have so many beans on offer at any given time. I keep an eye on over 100 specialty roasters in the UK and not many roasters can pull off such a variety.
