I was wondering why did you pick all South American beans back then? Hasbean have around 70 different coffee beans on offer. I only ask because I am partial to the coffee beans from that region. Not sure what it says about me 🙂 Anyway, great choice of a roaster, love their beans. It amazes me how they can have so many beans on offer at any given time. I keep an eye on over 100 specialty roasters in the UK and not many roasters can pull off such a variety.

It is great that they make videos for each coffee and really try to educate people and show the story behind every blend, because its so important to recognise all the work and people that contribute to every cup.
