We buy from the very best independent roasters and apply our skill and knowledge to brew a variety of speciality coffees. Your job is simple, to drink and enjoy.
We apply an open, honest, uncompromising approach to service to help you enjoy better coffee.
A choice of espresso to try
Espresso can taste super complex and explosively varied by itself but if that’s too much for you we create a variety of tasty milk drinks in the form of a flat white, cappuccino or latte.
Gone is the day of over stewed & terribly bitter filter coffee. We hand brew you a cup of exotic, refreshing filter coffee to savour & enjoy.
Precision, passion & provenance
We believe our precision and passion are a winning combination in the strive to make speciality coffee more accessible and understand the importance of where your coffee comes from.
Take Liberty Coffee home with you
We stock plenty of retail beans for you to take home as well as a selection of brewing equipment and paraphernalia to help you recreate that perfect cup. Additionally, check out our events and training in order to take your coffee experience to the next level
To complement our coffee we provide a selection of indulgent treats and traditional teacakes all baked daily on the premises. We have tried and tested various combinations such as the sweet and sticky Salted Caramel Brownie or the bestselling White Chocolate & Raspberry Bakewell. You will always find dietary alternatives with gluten and dairy-free options available; they may substitute ingredients but never skimp on flavour or quality.
Yes, we do sell tea
If coffee isn’t your thing we also stock over ten different teas and five different hot chocolates to choose from. These are provided by ethical suppliers (Canton Tea Co) (Kokoa Collection) whose outlook on their products matches our quality-driven philosophy.
